A Declaration of[1] the Representatives of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, in General Congress assembled.

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for a people to advance from that subordination in which they have hitherto remained, and to assume among the powers of the earth the equal & independent station to which the laws of nature & of nature’s god entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the change.

No Agenda

I’m not a fan of promoting things. When you listen to the mainstream media you are bombarded with drug company ads. If you listen to the alternative media you get blindsided with buy seeds, buy gold and silver, or buy male improvement pills. It is a mess. I’m going to make one exception on this site for promotion. I am a fan of the No Agenda podcast with John C Dvorak and Adam Curry. It has evolved over time into a political podcast. They give an analysis of events and the news that you would never get anywhere else. I have donated to the podcast financially as well as contributing content that have become stories on the show. Call this doing my part to propagate the formula and punch people in the mouth. In the morning Crackpot and Buzzkill. Thank you for your courage and 33 truly is the magic number.

Our Goal Must Be Liberty

I intend for this to be the place for my rantings and missives on politics, religion, and my love of liberty. I was raised to be a Democrat in the Republican stronghold of East Texas. Starting with the impeachment of President Clinton I began to realize that the problem with our country is the Democrats and the Republicans. I choose to have no party affiliation because I believe if you choose to back one of them you are choosing the status quo. I’ve been called a Libertarian, but if I had to define myself I would call myself a Jeffersonian. I encourage everyone to question our government and question its motives. To question government is woven into the American persona, and is a key part of our nation’s DNA.
